Lateness Policy

We understand that life happens, and delays are sometimes unavoidable. To accommodate this, we allow a 10-minute grace period. However, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled to respect the time of other clients. A fee of 50% of the scheduled service will be charged, which can be applied to a rescheduled appointment.

Please note: If you miss the rescheduled appointment, the 50% fee will be forfeited. Punctuality is essential to ensure we can provide the best service for you and all our clients.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled service. Any cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment will result in a 50% fee of the service price.

We kindly ask for your understanding that last-minute cancellations impact our ability to accommodate other clients. The 50% fee can be applied to a rescheduled appointment. However, we strictly enforce this policy, and repeated cancellations may result in discontinuation of services.
